1 to 1 Sessions.
I am Really happy to be able to provide personalised 1 to 1 sessions for your children.
These classes are currently held in the comfort of your own home, weekdays Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. During School holiday’s day time classes are also available.
The benefit of these classes are found in being able to target specific challenges that your child is experiencing. Anxiety, social pressure, stress, negative emotions and expression, anger, confidence and self esteem issues. Exercises, discussions (for older children) & meditations are all created with your child’s unique personality in mind.

We will then discuss your child’s situation which will enable me to make the first lesson plan. Each week your child will have a couple of exercises to do independently during the week.
I will give brief feedback via email concerning the class and give suggestions of how you can help your child and give extra meditations to read to your child during the week.
I am available via email during the week to support you in this journey in discovering how meditation can not only help your child but create a greater impact on the whole family.
